How Far in Advance Should I Book My Rentals?We recommend booking your rentals at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak event seasons, to ensure availability of the equipment and services you need.

Is There a Minimum Order Requirement for Rental Items or Photobooth Bookings?We don't have a minimum order requirement for rental items or photobooth bookings. Whether you need a few rental items or a full party setup, or if you're booking a photobooth for a small gathering or a large event, we're here to assist you.

Can I View the Equipment Before Booking?While we currently do not have a physical storefront for client visits, we understand the importance of seeing the equipment before making a booking. We can arrange a virtual tour or provide detailed photos and videos of the equipment. Additionally, if feasible, we can schedule an in-person viewing at our storage facility in Central AR by appointment. Please let us know your preference, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Refunds: Our deposit fee is non-refundable. The CUSTOMER can modify their rental order up to 30 days before the rental date without incurring additional fees.
